Whole packaging line for powdered milk consists of:

• filling line - machine that weighs product, fills the bag with powder and closes bag by sewing or sealing; It is possible to deaerate product and bag during and after filling (more info about vacuum packaging >>>)
• palletizer - robotic or standard sliding palletiser that places bags on pallet with perfect accuracy
• stretch hood or stretch wrap machine - to protect the load for logistic processes (pallet handling). The most reliable solution - especially in case of hygroscopic products - is stretch hood technology, which provides perfect 5-sided protection of the load against moisture, dust and other containments.

All the packaging lines may by equiped with checkweighers, metal detectors, labeling machines and scanners.
